From Roanoke (the East):
Take Texas Highway Hwy 114 (West) past the Texas Motor Speedway and I35W, to FM 156.
Turn right (North) onto FM 156.
Continue North 2.5 miles until you see the Field House Gym on your left.

From Denton (the North): 
Take I35W South to Hwy 114 exit (by the Texas Motor Speedway).
Turn right (West) on Hwy 114.
Go to FM 156 exit, turn right, headed North on FM 156
Continue North 2.5 miles until you see the Field House Gym on your left.
 
From Fort Worth (the South)
Take I35W North to Hwy 114 exit (by the Texas Motor Speedway).
Turn left (West) onto Hwy 114.
Go to FM 156 exit, turn right, headed North on FM 156
Continue North 2.5 miles until you see the Field House Gym on your left.
 
From Rhome (the West)
Take Texas Highway Hwy 114 (East) to Justin and FM 156.
Turn left (North) onto FM 156.
